These Terms of Use and Sale ("Terms") govern your use of kristiyanivanov.bg and the purchase of Nutrien Daily Nutrients from KRISTIYAN IVANOV, Aleksandar Malinov Blvd 31, 1715 Sofia, Bulgaria. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use

2. Ordering and Sale

Order placement: Orders are placed by submitting your name and telephone number via the order form on this website. Submitting the form constitutes an expression of interest - it is not a binding contract.

Order confirmation: A binding contract of sale is formed only when a member of our customer service team has confirmed your order by telephone and you have agreed to proceed. You are free to decline the order at this stage at no cost.

Prices: All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. The current price for Nutrien Daily Nutrients is £28.99 per bottle (90 capsules). Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price confirmed during your telephone call will apply to your order.

Payment: Payment is made in cash or by card directly to the courier at the point of delivery. No online payment is required or accepted. No prepayment is taken at any stage.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch, free of charge, by informing our team during the confirmation call or by contacting us by phone or email.

3. Limitations of Liability

Nutrien Daily Nutrients is a food supplement, not a medicine. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. We accept no liability for any reliance placed on the information on this website beyond what is required by law.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Full details are set out in our Return Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened supplement packaging cannot be returned.

6. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes informally in the first instance. Please contact us at [email protected]. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution provider.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
